to researching, analyzing and monitoring,
- Have your brain "wired"
properly to absorb and process the information
effectively, and
- Rationally and
dispassionately analyze the information and make
investment decisions.
The information and research tools are (generally) available, a few are free on the web. A few are only available to institutional money managers.
Anyone who chooses to can allocate time from their other work and pleasure activities to engage in the management of their money.
But your brain either is or is not comfortable with the analytical process.
And rarely can people be unemotional about their money.
So, while anyone can manage money, it does take a special talent and commitment to effectively manage investments.
